Founder, Owner, and Lead Attorney

Michael J Anderson

Call him Michael, Mike, Range, or come up with a nickname of your own. Formalities aren’t as important to Mike as are good-natured relationships based on mutual respect and open communication. While his education and experience are topline, Mike’s prefers to practice law right there on the frontline with clients – with understanding, honesty, and straight talk.

After earning his undergraduate degrees in History and Political Science from Northwestern University, and his Law Degree from University of Wisconsin – Madison, Mike built his career as a successful litigator at well-established firms in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. During this time, he developed razor-sharp expertise in multiple practice areas, until starting his own firm in 2012 to focus on legal matters he found most meaningful.

Through MJA LAW, Mike’s mission is to provide a client-centered, cost-effective approach to conflict resolution, tailored to the real person behind the “client.” The business of life isn’t always easy, but with Mike on your side, you can rest easy knowing you have an exceptional advocate working for your success.

Dawn may be camera shy, but when it comes to protecting your legal interests, she is fearless. Drawing on more than 15 years of legal experience in litigation research, documentation, correspondence, court procedures, and client communication, Dawn is not daunted by any aspect of a client’s case – and she’ll gladly put herself front and center for whatever it takes to promote a positive experience for those she supports. Dawn earned her Associate of Science in Paralegal Studies from Kaplan University, and continues to enhance her skills with paralegal certifications and mediation training. So it’s not surprising sitting still for a picture isn’t Dawn’s thing. She’d much rather zoom in on proactively attending to client needs, delivering exceptional work, and doing it all with a huge dose of kindness. Now when it comes to her pup, photos are a different matter. Strike a pose, handsome! Good boy!
